Effective Monday, January 25, Jerry Beisner is now Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. He will chair the executive committee, the Board of Directors, and will be working on special projects for the corporation.

Mike Beisner becomes President and Chief Operating Officer of Wilkinson, charged with all areas of operations, administration and development.

"Mike has grown up in the pharmacy business and for the last 11 years has been a driving force in the development and growth of the company," Beisner said in announcing the promotion. "At that time we had one store on the square in Nevada and another in downtown El Dorado Springs. Mike is to be commended for overseeing the growth and development from that point to where we are today, and he is an excellent choice to lead us into the future."

Wilkinson is a privately held corporation which operates both retail and non-retail pharmacy services and a home care equipment division. Wilkinson retail pharmacies can be found in Nevada, El Dorado Springs, Lamar, Rich Hill, and Lebanon. Wilkinson Health Services is a non-retail pharmacy in Nevada, Missouri, that specializes in providing products and services for patients in long-term care, residential and intermediate-care facilities. Wilkinson Home Care Equipment offers a complete line of medical equipment to meet general and specific needs. Additional services include infusion therapy and IV supplies, medical supplies, medical equipment, oxygen equipment, and respiratory therapy. The corporate headquarters are located in Nevada, Missouri.
