Wilkinson makes a commitment to training all new employees. At the beginning of your career, you will be provided an orientation seminar with Human Resources at the corporate headquarters in Nevada, Missouri. You will train under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy for several weeks of on-the-job training at one of the corporate locations. Periodic pharmacist meetings at corporate headquarters aids with further training and discusses day-to-day issues which impact our business and profession. In addition, Wilkinson encourages and supports pharmacists to attend continuing education seminars, certification courses, professional conferences, and other avenues to expand their knowledge and expertise in the profession.

Health Care Insurance
Wilkinson pays 100% of the employee's health insurance premium. Dependants obtain coverage at the expense of the employees which is an automatic payroll deduction; the cost is based on the type of coverage desired.

Life Insurance
Employees receive $20,000 life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage in the health insurance benefit.

401(k) Plan
Wilkinson currently offers a self-contributory retirement plan. Eligibility requirements are 21 years of age with 12 months and 1,000 hours of service. Enrollment dates are January 1 or July 1 following the completion of 12 months of service. Employees may contribute 2%-15% of total income on a "before tax" basis. Eight investment funds are available to meet individual financial needs. Matching Wilkinson has an employer match that is immediately 100% vested.

Licensure Fees
Wilkinson will reimburse 100% of the pharmacist licensure fees for the state(s) in which you practice for the corporation.

Continuing Education
The company has enrolled all pharmacists in 16 hours of continuing education sponsored through Pharmacist's Letter.

Salary
Salary is based on hours agreed upon by both parties at the time of hire. Pay periods are 14 days and pay checks are direct deposited on Friday noon to your account(s).

Holiday Pay
All employees are paid eight hours for the following holidays

Salaries are reviewed annually or as professional review demands.

Sign On/Relocation
The corporation offers a sign-on and/or relocation assistance for many of our positions.

Vacation
Vacation time is granted following the 90 day training period to all pharmacists. Vacation hours increase in proportion to length of employment.

Mileage
Pharmacists are reimbursed mileage for travel outside normal boundaries of their job.
