A great dressing to enliven grains and beans.
Diet Types: Low Carbohydrate, Vegan, Vegetarian
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried Tarragon
  • Serves: 4
    Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
    Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake vigorously.
