Serve with a little pure maple syrup.
Diet Types: Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Wheat Free
  • 1 cup Millet Flour
  • 1/2 cup soy flour
  • 1/2 cup corn meal
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • Serves: 2
    Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
    Combine all the dry ingredients in a medium-size bowl. Mix all liquid ingredients in another bowl. Mix liquid ingredients into dry ingredients. Drop by 1/4 cupfulls onto lightly greased griddle, turning only once.
